2 Kings 4:8-9, "And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread.
9 And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually." I am still in awe of the Shunammite Woman. She was a true gold digger. The depth of her perception. How many of you would recognize the spirit of a Holy Man when in his presence? Too many people are to busy trying to tear down ministries instead of trying to receive what God has waiting for them. Even in dirt something precious can be found and it's called gold. Stop looking at the man and began to direct your attention to what God is trying to show you. Begin to seek the gold instead of searching for more dirt. There are lessons to be learned in every situation, but it all depends on how deep you are willing to go. A satisfied person has no need for growth, improvement or becoming more. I've never met a truly satisfied person and I pray I will never be satisfied. Even though God loves the woman I am now I know He wants more out of me so I'm constantly digging deeper. My prayer for myself and you is that we never pass by a Holy Man unaware. That we are so in-tuned to the Holy Spirit that we don't miss our blessings because we were blind. Proverbs 11:27 says, "Those who seek the good seek favor, but those who pursue evil will have evil come upon them." So let's stop looking at the outer man (dirt) and lets look towards the inner man (gold). We don't want to miss the Holy Man as he is passing by carrying our blessings. Be blessed!
