The Key of Humility

Some people really only want to hear their own voice, but a true leader must listen to others. As a leader we must continue to grow. I want to go to a new level. More knowledge. More wisdom. More understanding.



I want all that God has to give to me and your rank or title or lack of a title does not disqualify you from being able to inform me of things I have no knowledge of. 
The youngest person can be a treasure trove of knowledge if they place their ear in the right direction.
The Bible says that God has used a donkey and a rooster to teach humility. 
We have to be able to receive before we can truly begin to pour into others.

And the greatest Key is Humility.
