We should all be saying, "Who the heck is Pharaoh?" because we have been giving someone dead a whole lot of power for a very long time! Pharaoh was King over Egypt and even over the children of Israel for a period of time, but look! God not only defeated him but he destroyed all that he owned! Deuteronomy 11:3-4 says, And his miracles, and his acts, which he did in the midst of Egypt unto Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and unto all his land; 4 And what he did unto the army of Egypt, unto their horses, and to their chariots; how he made the water of the Red sea to overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the Lord hath destroyed them unto this day; Not only did He destroy Pharaoh and all that he owned, the Scripture says he is still destroyed even to this day. Guys, Pharaoh is dead. Been dead a long time. So why do we keep resurrecting him? Every time you think something is too hard, every time you fear something and every time you give up you resurrect Pharaoh. That thing becomes your Pharaoh! Pharaoh is DEAD! God gave us power and this power is REAL! I'm going to try and help you to understand this power. The power of God is not a physical power. It's a spiritual power that can manifests itself in the natural but it really doesn't need to do that. When you are triumphant in the spirit you will automatically be triumphant in the natural! This is how the power of God parted the Red Sea. It didn't actually happen in the natural. God's Spirit made it happen. God spoke it through the spirit realm and it manifested on earth. Another example is David's rock that took out Goliath. David reached into the spirit realm for the power of God with these words, "45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46 This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel." (Samuel 17) In actuality, David spoke the power of God into existence with both his mouth and his faith! Those 2 things work side by side. Goliath was defeated before he even stepped on the battlefield! Now where's your battlefield? Where's your sea? Who the heck is Goliath and who the heck is Pharaoh? Pharaoh is dead and from this point on we vow not to resurrect him again ever! Be blessed!
