"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,"
2 Timothy 1:9 God doesn't call you with a holy calling until you become totally submitted to Holy Spirit. That's how we get the glory of God within us. James 4:7, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you". The glory cannot live next to the devil. It don't want to and don't need to. Submitting to God means getting rid of all that don't belong to Him. That's the only way Holy Spirit will fill you. You must be emptied out first. Get off the surface and go deep! Come on!! You have got to dig deeper! But we can't do it without His grace! This is what Lot said in Genesis 19:19, "Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die:" I'm not trying to escape the grace of God by holding onto those things that really need to go. To hold on to them is death. We must lean on the grace of Jesus and be cleansed of all that is unholy! Oh magnify thy mercy Lord!!! Become the holy calling. I'm God's holy calling! Say that to yourself. Our works have nothing to do with it. It only has to do with God. No self involved!! Paul says we die to self. Only God's glory operating through me. I praise Your holy name Lord. I am God's holy calling! Be blessed! Evangelist Cheryl Davies (www.fearnotministries.com) #SharingIsCaring #GodsHolyCalling #DigDeeper #TotallyFilled
